Our challenge in designing Fasano Restaurant was to revamp the country’s most traditional gastronomy brand, giving it a contemporary feel, while not compromising the elegance and refinement that have always been its hallmarks.
Located at Hotel Fasano, the restaurant features a bar, a dining room with 20 tables (80 seats), a 26-seat private-function room, a cellar and remaining facilities – kitchen, storage and restrooms – distributed on 2 levels and mezzanines.
Access to the restaurant is from the hotel lobby. A low-ceilinged bar precedes the main dining room, wide, featuring double-ceiling height and retractable glass roof. The private-function room and the cellar were set on mezzanines at opposite ends of the main dining room, while the kitchen and remaining supporting areas were housed on the underground level.
