Fasano Restaurant New York is located at the ground floor of 280 Park Avenue, right in Midtown Manhattan.

Upon entering the venue, a very dark hall clad in radica – a Brazilian quartz with iron oxides – acts as transition between the street and the interior of the restaurant.

In the first dining room, adjacent to the hall, surface coverings such as wood, sandstone and bronze mirrors, combined to the soft light drifting through the casement behind the bar, result in a cozy and unpretentious environment. Linear seating set in mirrored booths along the side walls serve the tables, which also feature an exclusive reissue of Edward Wormley chairs.

A second hall, next to the cellar, leads to the tables on the terrace overlooking 49th Street, while a passage – raised by a few steps – leads to the second dining room.

Natural materials and neutral colors also prevail in the second and larger dining room, but the choice of wall-to-wall carpeting and sleek lamps on the pillars, as well as the layout with more spaced tables, separated by wicker screens, all lend the room a more formal and sophisticated air.

The long walkway uniting the two rooms is clad in brass plates, and also leads to the private functions room, seating 22 guests, and to the Baretto live music bar, on the upper floor. Both venues feature independent entryways and dedicated service structures.

A carefully-curated collection of photographs, objects and antiques throughout the restaurant strengthens the already-celebrated Fasano hospitality concept, highly refined and warm at once.
