MIRÁ BUILDING

LOCATION BUILT AREA YEAR
Sao Paulo, Brazil
7.130 m²
2017

Mirá Building is characterized by exposed-concrete horizontal slats interposed by rotated volumes on each level, as to direct the views from the apartment units. The design’s unique geometry lends movement and rythm to the building.

The external areas are made up of balconies and planters in different sizes and shapes wrapping around each level. The balconies in the social areas, facing South, are uninterrupted and boast privileged city views.

Wide spans ensure integration between internal and external areas. The body of the building sits on an expansive garden-slab atop the ground floor, which opens onto Dr. Alberto Seabra street and houses leisure areas, such as the sauna and gym.

Two duplex units take up part of the ground floor, with exclusive access from the 1st basement and featuring uncovered private gardens at the back of the lot.
